Before starting the company in 2000, Nanci was a corporate trainer for the Fortune 500 company RH Donnelley, and Director of Programs at NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. Over the last 40 years, Nanci has positioned herself as a leader in organizational development, helping to shape high-performance cultures across industries.
